FAQ
Supplying your files
How to Supply Your Print Files
Provide a print-ready PDF with a 5mm bleed and text converted to outlines.
Adding a Cut Line for Custom Shapes
Use a spot colour for the cut line, so our machines can easily differentiate it from the rest of your design.
File Resolution Requirements
Ensure your files are at a high enough resolution for printing (150 DPI is recommended).
Uploading Multiple Files
Upload each file separately, specifying its dimensions, quantity, and material. This ensures we know exactly which file to print, at what size, and how many copies.
Can you prepare my files for me?
Preparing and uploading your files in the right format helps us process your order faster and at a lower cost. By doing the prep work yourself, we can keep our service speedy and affordable, passing the savings on to you.
